INNOVATION This project and its products are highly innovative from several points of view:

The starting point: it is not possible to speak of Quality/Quality Systems/Total Quality if such a high level of both vertical and horizontal gender discrimination continues to exist in enterprises.
It is a contradiction in terms.

The analysis context: reading/commenting of ISO standards in a gender perspective creates a close link – an integration – between two contexts that until now, in the best-case scenario, have always travelled on parallel, but non-communicating tracks (Equal Opportunities and formal Quality Systems).

Methodology applied for creating the training paths: Equal Opportunities become part of Quality Systems procedures and therefore enter enterprise organization and management systems, using gender mainstreaming's own methods and tools
