Metha Sistemi, established in 1988 in Bologna, works with small and medium enterprises in the consulting sector for the management of Human Resources, Training, Telework Planning, Production and Logistics Organisation, planning and implementation of Information Systems and assistance in application of Quality Systems and Certification.

Metha Sistemi operates mainly in the Manufacturing, Medical, Services and Non Profit sectors, covering a large part of the enterprise organisational aspects.

The training courses for small and medium enterprises, are mainly on role management, communication, activity planning, decision making, empowerment.

Metha Sistemi works also for the entrepreneur on the issues of market development, both for the planning of new organisational solutions and Resource optimisation, from career planning to the identification of new professional positions.

Since 1993 Metha Sistemi has worked in the field of training and research for projects financed by the European Community (NOW, Leonardo da Vinci, Youthstart), the The Ministry of Labour (law 125, Multiregional Operational Programs) and the Regions (Ob3 ESF, IFTS) in the following fields: the use of new technologies, the creation of new organisational models, start-up of new businesses, the development of Equal Opportunities, work/life balance in organizations.

It also carries out the role of supervisor in Non Profit associations as regards the preparation of technical documents and budgets for the European Community projects. Since 1999, it has carried out a consulting activity on Social Cooperative issues which includes process management with particular attention on the staff upgrading, career development planning, study on training methodologies, service development strategies, the quality system, the whole cooperative process monitoring and evaluation.

In this sector, Metha Sistemi operates also as a supervisor for upgrading of employees that act as counsellors for the development of individual planning and employment inclusion (for the most disadvantaged people too) and act as enterprise mediators between the needs of SMEs and the jobs demand from the Guidance/Employment Centre Data Bank.
