TRANSFERABILITY TO OTHER CONTEXTS

The project's end product, namely the training modules for Human Resources managers and ISO 9000:2000 Quality System Auditors/Assessors, is extremely easy to transfer for these reasons:

• the modules make direct reference to ISO Standards which are used all over Europe, with reference to the same texts/manuals
• the modules can also be applied in those companies using other Quality Systems, since the fundamental principles are the same

Moreover, project products can act as guidelines for all those companies who do not formally adopt any quality system, but are nevertheless interested in implementing equal opportunities policies/strategies.
